Mihiri Jayaweera

I studied Natural Sciences at Newnham and didn’t know what I wanted to do when I graduated. I fell into training for accountancy and couldn’t not have had a better springboard, if I had planned it, for a career that has encompassed finance, investment banking, business development and corporate strategy where I have been lucky enough to work with nice people, and help organisations achieve their ambitions.

I’m more than happy to help any Newnhamites who might be looking at these fields, and those who don’t know what they want to do when they graduate and just want to talk to someone who’s been in that situation and has come out the other side.
