Judy Slater

I studied for my degree at the Faculty of Architecture when at Newnham. On graduating, I attended the University of Westminster, where I completed my architecture diploma and professional studies, qualifying in 1990.

My professional career has been primarily involved in the design and delivery of complex commercial and infrastructure developments. I gained experience abroad, living and working in Hong Kong 1994-1999, where I was involved in the construction of the new International Airport with Foster + Partners.

I have enjoyed collaborative working with multidisciplinary teams in a variety of roles, on both client and consultancy sides, in public and private sectors, at all project stages. I also become involved in business development, and marketing & communications, and have undertaken private architectural commissions.

During my involvement with Newnham Associates I have contributed to and organised student career workshops on different themes, as well as responding to direct queries from students.
