Sally O'Neill

I read Natural Sciences at Newnham (Zoology last year), after which I trained and qualified as a chartered accountant in Cambridge, before moving to London (1987).

My career choices have been senior finance and leadership roles, mainly in Arts, Media and Heritage (National Theatre, BFI , ITV, Channel 4, Historic Royal Palaces, Royal Opera House), latterly as Finance Director, including a spell as interim CEO at Royal Opera House, as well as Chief Operating Officer. This has also equipped me with a broad knowledge of the charity and not for profit sectors.

I have also had a variety of pro bono non exec roles as trustee over the last 20 years including Battersea Arts Centre, Young Vic and The Roundhouse, and am currently on the board of Opera Holland Park.

My current role is Deputy Treasurer to The Queen working in Buckingham Palace as part of the Royal Household.

I am a new Associate and very keen to offer support, advice, chat etc.
