Penelope Endersby

 I became the Chief Executive of the Met Office in December 2018. Before that I spent most of my career in Defence Research, first as an armour researcher then as leader of the Physics Department and Cyber Division of Dstl. I am a visiting professor of Electronics and Computer Science at Southampton University and have held various Non Executive Directorships. Very happy to advise all STEM subjects on careers from graduates to mid career, and able to offer summer placements. Also able to share my experiences of a completely role swapped household to anyone contemplating that.
